I paid around 8,000 rupees through MakeMyTrip for a three-day stay at Hotel Konark. When I arrived, they sent me to a completely different property, Hotel Nest, a low-budget hotel that didn't meet my expectations or the standards promised. I feel misled and want this matter addressed immediately. If it isn't resolved, I'm considering taking it to consumer court.

The location is very good, the staff are good, and the service is good. They have an in-house kitchen where you can order veg or non-veg food. The staff aren't very professional, but that wasn't a big issue for me. The lift only starts from the first floor, which could be a problem for older people. I booked in July 2022 for 861/- including GST. The current rate is about 1,400 to 1,500 including GST & B/f.
