The stay was hell, and I wouldn't choose this place for a family. I also noticed suspicious activity. Around midnight, we reported a room problem, but the receptionist, who acted like a goon, told us to check out if we didn't like it. In the morning we said the mattress springs were pushing through the surface and we'd been unable to sleep. He replied that this was how the mattress was and said it was under renovation. When we asked why we should pay full price for faulty service, he threatened that we had to pay in full. This deserves zero stars.

A good-sized hotel in a nice spot near Bombay Hospital. We had a good stay, and the staff were very humble, especially Sharvan ji.

Hotel Million Star is newly opened and spotless, with real attention to cleanliness. My room was modern, comfortable, and nicely furnished, and the staff were friendly and ready to go out of their way to help. The location is very convenient near the hospital and several business areas, so it works well for leisure or business travel. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
