Noise was constant, the air conditioning barely worked, and the furniture looked broken and uncared for. When we complained, staff were rude and no help at all. The room smelled awful and was dirty, with stained bedsheets and an unhygienic bathroom. It also looked nothing like the photos. Basic cleanliness had clearly been neglected. This place ruined our stay and was a waste of money. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless discomfort, filth, and terrible service are what you want.

The breakfast was poor: very few choices, cold food, and no proper hygiene. Rooms were also unclean, badly maintained, and well below the advertised standard. Staff were slow, unresponsive, and seemed uninterested in helping, even with basic requests. The price isn’t justified, and the experience was completely ruined. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it makes major improvements to its rooms, food, and service.

I’m SBI staff, but I paid the same as the public on March 5 and 7, 2026. Even so, I was charged Rs500/- extra for my spouse’s stay. A receptionist, a slightly stout person, refused to let my driver stay in a nook and corner of the hotel. Before occupying on March 7, I had received consent from another receptionist. The older man then again refused to let the driver stay before 11 pm, despite my request, and shouted at me in a rigid voice, telling me to review online.

The ambience is beautiful, and it’s a roadside hotel. Indore railway station is a 15-minute walk away.

The hospitality was very bad, and the manager was really rude. A waste of money. Save your time and book somewhere else.
