For a budget stay, this is a nice hotel with friendly staff, daily room and toilet cleaning, free chilled mineral water, and a newspaper. It’s in the Chawani area opposite no. 2 school groud, close to Madhumilan Square, Sarvate bustand, Domino’s, KFC, and Bhatia Wine shop. A good place if you mainly need to sleep at night and spend the day exploring beautiful Indore.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, there’s no tea in the evening, and guests aren’t allowed to meet local relatives at the hotel. The AC in room 203 smelled bad. When I complained, they took it casually, and only after an argument might you get another room. Worst hotel, and I’d never recommend it.

After travelling overnight from Mumbai, I got a tidy room and clean bathroom for an hour to freshen up, at a very reasonable price. The staff were polite, and it was good value for money.

Cleanliness is maintained, and the staff are cooperative and behave well. Some rooms are fine, others aren’t. If booking through Goibibo, ask for a room on the third floor, preferably room no. 206, since those rooms are good for a short stay. There’s also a double room for families.

Horrible stay. There was no wire mesh on the windows, so mosquitoes hovered around, and the bathroom window was open. The electrical sockets were coming out and giving off current. The ceiling was peeling, and the blanket didn’t keep me warm. Very irresponsible.
