The food they serve is below average, and there’s no online food delivery. The property is in a desolate spot with no taxis, and the staff are untrained, though one guy was exceptional. They also don’t change the linen during a prolonged stay. This place needs a lot of improvement. Avoid it if you can.
This is a guest house, not a hotel as advertised. It has been sold or is on lease.
My booking through make my trip was confirmed, but when I arrived, the owner refused to let me check in. It was a very bad experience. If this kind of problem keeps happening, how are tourists supposed to manage?
Not good. There are lots of ants, insects, and lizards in the room.
