The rooms are filthy, with leakage problems, and the staff are arrogant and unhelpful. The photos on the booking apps and sites are old, so don't rely on them. I wouldn't visit, especially if you're a couple hoping to spend some time together. It felt like a complete waste of money.
8/10
I had a really relaxing stay. The place was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were polite and quick to help. The rooms and overall structure looked great, and the prices were affordable too.
2/10
I booked a suite, but it didn't feel like one, and I saw a lot of unfair activity. The bathroom was in terrible shape and management was poor. They charged me for water at checkout without telling me in advance. There was no complimentary water, the staff were lazy, and plenty of charges seemed hidden. I wouldn't consider it suitable for a family gathering. Avoid staying here.

When we came back from lunch, housekeeping was inside our room, opening the door with a master key. The staff member said they usually enter to clean, and the manager showed no interest in addressing our privacy concern. The customer service and staff behavior were awful. They really don't care. I wish I could give a negative rating.
10/10
The rooms and washroom were clean and tidy, and both the quality and quantity of the food were great. The staff were good too. One of the best hotels to stay at.
