The room quality was poor, and the staff were rude. At check-in, I was given a premium room, but it didn’t meet the expected standard, so they moved me to a deluxe room and still charged me the premium rate. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely place to stay. Aditya Ji and Prem ji were especially welcoming. Thanks to them for the hospitality.

The staff seemed unable to help when I raised concerns, and the owner was rude and wouldn’t correct the bill. Food was charged at prices above those listed on the menu, and the room rates had also gone up without any advance notice. Poor management and service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back and recommend it to others. The food, rooms, and service are all good, and the rates are attractive.

I booked the hall at Shivaye for my nephew’s birthday. The place was clean, the ambiance was nice, and the staff were cooperative. The food, though, was extremely disappointing, so it’s not a good choice if taste matters to you. Just an average experience.
