The food was so good I kind of overate, and the service and location were both lovely. Reception and the rest of the hotel staff were prompt, professional, and courteous. It’s a great find at a fraction of the price I’d expect. My one suggestion is to offer different mattress options: this one was too hard for me, though my relatives liked it. A softer or orthopedic option would help. Definitely give the food a try.

Banita handled my check-in smoothly and professionally, and the warm welcome continued throughout my stay at Basotel Indore. The staff took extra care to make me comfortable. I found the hotel’s elegant but cozy atmosphere suited both work and leisure, and the management’s focus on guests showed in the small details. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. Meals had lots of variety and tasted delicious, with thoughtful service and presentation. I’d recommend Basotel Indore and look forward to coming back.
