HR Premium Stay

The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and friendly, and the hotel itself felt grand and beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the facilities were amazing. I’d give Hotel HR Premium five stars.

The room had no window, and the AC was the only ventilation. At first the staff controlled it, so we had no say over the temperature. After we asked several times, they turned it on and set it so cold that we were freezing. Following a lot of arguing, they handed over a remote that didn't work. There was no hot water either. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, and the TV was broken. A truly awful hotel and very bad service.

The photos are misleading, the rooms look nothing like what they show. The sheets were dirty, and when we asked for replacements, the staff brought another dirty set. You can't adjust the AC yourself because the remotes don't work in any room, so you have to call reception. Staff weren't open to feedback and said nobody else had problems when we raised something. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Don't be taken in by the pictures.

I was there for more than three days, and the team's professionalism and attention to detail made the stay comfortable and memorable. The service felt top-class, from the hospitality to the way the staff and management handled things. I'm grateful to everyone there, and would recommend giving this place a try.
