The food is the highlight at Hotel Mumbai House, Indore. Breakfast and dinner are especially good for South Indian tastes, with authentic flavors and a lighter touch than a generic buffet. It's the kind of comforting, well-made food that adds a lot to the stay. The accommodation is also among the best places to stay in Indore, with comfortable rooms, good upkeep, and a quiet, efficient atmosphere. Service has a more detached feel. The staff do their jobs well, know what they're doing, and handle requests efficiently, but there's little extra warmth or deference. That confident, almost aloof style may suit people who value competence, though guests expecting the usual warmth of Indian hospitality could find it chilly. My rating is 4.5 out of 5. The food and lodging are excellent, and operations are strong, even if the service can feel a little imperious.

The staff were so attentive at breakfast and throughout my stay, and the service was fantastic. They were also really helpful, asking so kindly if I needed anything that I felt compelled to eat something. I found the services excellent.

The hotel's location was very convenient and easy to reach, but check-in still took a full 30 minutes even though I'd booked ahead. The room was a letdown, and the restaurant staff's arrogant attitude felt unprofessional.

The food in the in-house restaurant was delicious, with plenty of choice for different tastes, and the location made it easy to get around and reach key spots in the city. My stay at Hotel Mumbai House was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern amenities, and the property was beautifully maintained. Staff were attentive, very polite, and always willing to help with a smile. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Mumbai House.

The hotel was a calm, comfortable place to return to in the middle of a busy city, and the food was good. The room was clean and looked after, while the supportive staff were always available and made us feel at home. Their pickup and drop service for the trip went smoothly, thanks to the helpful staff. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend it, though I wish it cost a little less.
