I picked this hotel for its parking because I was driving my own car from Mumbai and wanted secure, professionally managed parking. I stayed from 07/05/2026 to 09/05/2026, and the valet parked my car in a very cramped basement, squeezing vehicles together to fit more in. When I came back, both rear door panels had scratches because there wasn’t enough room to open the doors safely. I told management right away. The next night, we watched the CCTV footage together, and it clearly showed the damage happened in the basement because of the tight parking space. Even with that evidence, the hotel dismissed it as a minor scratch. The VW service center says repainting the door will cost INR 12000, or I have to live with the damage. I’m extremely disappointed. Valet parking means the hotel is responsible for looking after your vehicle, but that trust was broken. If you care about your car, I’d strongly advise choosing somewhere else. This hotel puts parking capacity ahead of guests’ property safety.

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Jasleen was polite and helpful, and made sure everything was arranged for us. Her warm hospitality made the stay especially memorable. We had a great time, and I’d recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

We left early for Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, about a two-hour cab ride away. The location near Regal Square was convenient and easy to reach, and room service was quick, responsive, and well managed. The food was impressive in both quality and quantity, though breakfast could be better. The tea was average and the dosa batter disappointing, while the coconut chutney was good. There were too many fried options like aloo vada and bread pakoda. Tawa paratha would be a better addition. Overall, we had a good stay at HRJ Sarovar Portico, Indore.

I visited HRJ Sarovar Portico, Indore with Veena World on 29th November. The location was excellent, and the food was good. Iba was very attentive and took great care of us throughout the stay. Housekeeping let the experience down. The room was booked for three, but we only got towels and amenities for two. We had to call repeatedly for an extra bed, and housekeeping usually didn’t answer. The stay was good mainly thanks to the food and staff, but housekeeping needs to improve.

Sarovar Portico is at Regal Square. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and there’s a wonderful bar on the second floor. Breakfast had a good spread, though the taste was average. The TV was okay, but many channels didn’t display. The AC wasn’t working properly, and I had to call reception several times about it. Still, the stay was good overall.
