I came back from being out and found nearly everything in my room moved from where I’d left it. It seemed someone had used a digital master card to unlock the room and take things. When I calmly asked the owner to look into it, he told me to get out of the hotel. It was a terrifying experience. I’d also seen reviews mentioning hidden cameras in parts of the property, and I regret not choosing somewhere else.

We were three people, and fitting an extra bed on the floor made the room feel cramped. The rooms were clean and decent, though, and our stay was comfortable with breakfast included. The price was a little high, but it was a good stay overall.

We only got a room in the evening, and when I asked for fresh linen, none was available. OYO's model is failing here. Guests need the basic amenities as well as a room, and this was not worth the money or the time.

I felt like I was being ripped off. They also rent rooms directly without an OYO booking, at prices they set themselves, and those prices are too high. I wouldn't recommend staying on these premises. I didn't get value for my money.

They charged us a penalty just because we blew up a balloon for my birthday, and it spoiled my day. The staff were rude and seemed focused on money. I'd pick another hotel instead of letting people like this ruin your mood.
