The front desk didn't bring our bags to the room, which worked out since we turned around and left as soon as we saw it. The rooms are in poor shape, and the stairs and big windows have no railings, so they feel unsafe. Power cuts happen often, and the rooms aren't connected to a generator, leaving you in the dark. Take a U-turn and run.

The hotel is on Agra Mumbai NH in Indore and is being renovated. My room was already finished and was very good. The food was tasty, too, and the staff were friendly.

The owner doesn't know how to speak to the staff, and he keeps drinking. His staff walk around very loudly. When he gets angry, he comes downstairs to fight, then claims again that we're his Seth. He talks about wages and acts as if he has laid out too much money. If you mention cleanliness, he says there's too much work at this pace. I had a very bad experience.

The location on the main road was good, but that's the reason for the two stars. The room was new, though it hadn't been maintained and had a bad smell. The water ran out in the morning. We asked three or four times before they started the motor and the water came back.

Construction is still going on, there's no morning tea or breakfast, and the TVs don't work. The staff couldn't be bothered. It felt like a fly-by-night operation, and with so many other places to choose from, this isn't fit to stay in.
