There's food service at the hotel, so you can order meals to your room, and the rooms and washrooms are good. The service is great too, and it's good value for money. The one thing that cost it a star is the rats at night. They scratch the wooden walls and run between the brackets, making really annoying noises after midnight.

The receptionist said they weren't connected with MakeMyTrip and wouldn't accept my online booking, even though I'd booked through MakeMyTrip and paid. They demanded more money for the booking. My family and I had a terrible experience. This is the worst hotel, zero out of zero, and I'll never book it again.

The replacement hotel they sent us to was dirty, had no curtains or hot water, and was on the fifth floor with no lift. They brought hot water in a bucket from the kitchen. I'd booked this hotel for three people on 8 November through Cleartrip and noted we'd arrive late, but the manager refused to check us in. The OYO manager said they were upgrading our room type, but the replacement was the worst hotel I've ever visited and was in a slum area.

The hotel location is good, and the rooftop restaurant service was good too. But reception service was very poor. The guy there didn't care about my problems, and although I asked several times for another room, he didn't help. There's no landline in the room, so I had to go to reception to order food or ask for anything.
