The staff were quick to respond to requests, and we had a clean, comfortable stay. I was wary after reading bad reviews, but I'm glad I booked. The location is central in Indore, with chappal dukaan very close for food. The rooms are okay, though they need maintenance, so don't expect anything especially luxurious. We requested a late checkout and stayed until 11 instead of 10. We also left our luggage in the clock room while waiting for our train. I liked the hotel.

Lavkush Sharma, the manager, was especially polite and a great person to deal with. His staff helped carry all our luggage back to the car at checkout, even though that kind of help is usually given at check-in. The hospitality was very good, and the staff were polite with excellent service. I'd recommend it to families looking for a good place to stay. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, beside the famous Chappan Dukan food area. The dining room was lovely, the food was great, and including breakfast with the room was worth it. Room service was also very good. Still, it was a mixed stay for me because the linen was torn, the washroom walls weren't hygienic, and the room felt cramped. I had booked for three adults and that was confirmed, but we got a two-bed room. They added a third bed, which took up nearly all the space.

I appreciated how clean the bathroom and other facilities were. The rooms were also clean and reasonably well looked after, and the staff were polite and quick to respond when I needed something. Getting around was easy from this spot near the main market, which was a definite plus. It was a pretty good stay.

This is my second review after my earlier one was deleted or relocated. I don't know how they managed that, but it happened about three years ago. Instead of contacting me or replying, they chose to remove or move my review, which says a lot about their attitude. I'm attaching a screenshot and posting it again. I booked because of the location, after driving nearly 900 km in my own car. I'd told them beforehand that I needed a comfortable, quiet room to rest. Finding the place was difficult because the address wasn't precise, despite it being in a crowded area. Staff made us wait for reasons I still don't know. In the booking lobby, I gave the legally required ID for both me and my wife, as requested. Even after I'd explained what we needed, they assigned us a room just behind reception, where people would constantly be outside the door and disturb our rest. When I asked if any other rooms were empty, staff said there were, but they couldn't give one to us. Then a staff member audaciously demanded a marriage certificate or other proof that my wife and I were married. Nobody had mentioned this requirement beforehand. If they had said the property didn't accept unmarried couples, I could have brought some document. The way they behaved and argued was unacceptable. Only after I asked to cancel did they offer a room on another floor, which was what I'd asked for earlier. When I asked for the manager, the staff there wouldn't give me any contact details. They don't have their own restaurant and order food from outside, yet guests can't order or bring in outside food. Their own menu is very limited and overpriced. I paid an extra ₹300 for breakfast, but during Holi they couldn't even order coffee, and they didn't compensate us. At checkout, they asked for feedback because the night staff shift had changed. I wrote everything out, but didn't get even a courtesy call or message. The property is overpriced for its standard. If you still choose to stay after reading this, take your marriage certificate and wedding ceremony videos. Even the bell boy may argue with you alongside the shift manager to demand them. Worst staff ever. Orthodox behavior, medieval mentality. The staff were uneducated, inhospitable, and impolite.
