We want to clarify that this resident stayed with us for around 12 months and did not raise any major concerns while living here. We asked him to leave for internal management and compliance reasons, and the negative review appeared only after that decision. Vaatsaly Rooms has clear policies and communication, along with the facilities agreed on at booking. Many long-term residents can speak to our service. We’re committed to safe, respectful, comfortable accommodation for everyone. Team Vaatsaly Rooms

The resident was asked to vacate for policy-related reasons, and the review came after that decision. We explain the room cleaning and deposit rules at admission. Residents are responsible for maintaining their own rooms, while common areas are cleaned regularly. We aim to deal with everyone transparently and professionally. @ Ishika Bhandari
