I arrived at 3:30 PM after booking the room at 2 PM, only to be told it wasn't ready. The receptionist took my money, then kept me waiting for an hour despite my repeated requests. I'd travelled all night and needed somewhere to freshen up. When I finally got a room, it looked like someone had just used it. Hotels shouldn't accept bookings when they have no empty rooms.
They charged us 3500 for two rooms and offered no cooperation. The food wasn't up to the mark, and both the washroom and bed were unhygienic. The AC never worked, even after I reported it several times, and the staff were rude. To those giving 5* ratings, please understand, it's all from staff and kith kins. Don't even consider this hotel.
The deluxe room I stayed in was spacious, almost like a 1 bhk flat, and there was no disturbance. The food was super, and I think it's a good option for solo travellers too. There's no geyser in the washroom, but that's alright when the weather isn't too cold. I'd recommend staying here in Indore and would do the same next time I visit.
For the price, it's affordable and really good. The rooms are great and clean, and the bathroom was clean and hygienic too. Service was a little slow, but the rest was very good.
