The room was tiny, and the TV hadn't been recharged. When I asked about it, staff told me to wait because it would be fixed soon, saying the same thing was happening in every room. That was a lie. Service was poor, and the staff offered me no real help. Staying here was a big mistake, especially for anyone new to the city. I hope nobody else stays here.
The bathroom door knob didn't work, and neither the room nor bathroom was clean. Management had a bad attitude. Their response was basically, “That's just how it is here, otherwise go find another hotel.”
The one thing going for this place is the location, right in Vijay Nagar. The room was cramped, with both windows unable to lock, which made it feel unsafe. One looked onto the laborers’ area and the other onto the green belt. There were lots of cockroaches, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and the linens didn't feel fresh. After midnight, we had to call reception a few times and even ask nearby residents to lower their loud music. If you come by car, you'll have to leave it on the road about 100m from the hotel.
I had a really good stay, and the staff's service was top notch. The bathroom is very small, and the food could be better, but this is still one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the room was clean. I had a great stay at Collection O in Indore. The service was excellent, and it felt well worth it. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Indore. 5 stars from me! ❤️❤️⭐👍
