Being a pure vegetarian venue made the resort an easy, stress-free fit for our family and the large Jain community in Indore. We didn't have to compromise on dietary or religious requirements. The owner was also willing to be flexible during negotiations, and that professionalism helped shape the event to match our family's vision.

At 2 AM, when the AC stopped working, I had to move rooms. Only two workers were there overnight, and they said the manager would arrive around 7-8 AM. By 11 AM, the manager still hadn't shown up. The hotel also had no card machine, and despite all the hassle, offered no discount or compensation. It was a badly managed, unprofessional stay. I won't be back.

The location was convenient, and the hotel felt safe and welcoming. We had a smooth, pleasant stay thanks to professional management. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the polite staff were always ready to help. I'd recommend it for business or a family visit.

Don't stay here. One employee near reception behaved very badly, and the staff were drunk. I saw a male staff member speaking to the receptionist in a very dirty manner. If that's how staff treat each other, what should customers expect?

A nice view and fairly comfortable rooms, with satisfactory service. Its spot near the highway also makes this a good choice for wedding ceremonies.
