I stayed at Hotel Townhouse, Gandhi Hall, Indore, and the room was in very poor shape. The walls had visible hand marks, stains, and patches. It didn’t look properly cleaned or maintained, and hygiene was lacking. A very disappointing stay, not suitable if you want comfort.

The staff’s attitude ruined the experience. We asked for basic help and got a rude, uncooperative response. They wouldn’t let even one guest meet us for 15 minutes, and instead insisted on charging extra. The way they handled it was impolite and unprofessional.

The online photos don’t match what’s actually here, and I found them misleading. My room was very dirty, with tobacco marks everywhere. Hygiene was poor and service was terrible. I’m extremely dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room I got this time was the worst: the bed was broken, the jetspray didn’t work, the floor was dirty, and the TV had no signal. There was no hot water, the AC was old, and I found used condoms. The boy at reception asked for 500 extra for a 9 AM early check-in, even though the policy should be 0-20%.

I’m very unhappy with the food and service at Townhouse Hotel. I got an upset stomach after eating there, and the pickle was spoiled. I told them the food smelled bad, but they took no action. The location is the only good thing, and the room size was okay. I wouldn’t recommend it.
