Treebo Merit

Around 2:00 AM, guests were shouting at reception about parking, and later I was told to leave my car on the road. That felt inconvenient and unsafe, and the whole experience caused stress and discomfort for my family. The room was Room No. 202 at Treebo Merit, and both service and cleanliness were extremely poor. Housekeeping cleaned in front of my family after check-in, and we saw a dirty bed and pillows, a bad smell in the room, and wine bottles in the almirah. That was completely inappropriate. The electric kettle was extremely dirty, so my 2-year-old child couldn’t have milk. I don’t expect these conditions from a reputed hotel brand like Treebo. Please look into this seriously and take appropriate action. I also expect a response about compensation or corrective measures.

The hotel was nice overall, with funny posters, and it’s easy to get around. Room service was quick, but the person who brought our tea and coffee packets never came back, even after we called.

The interiors were well looked after, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. Staff service was excellent. I had a very good experience at hotel merit.

Treebo Merit’s staff are friendly and helpful. They may not be professional stewards, but they get things done. Food is available at reasonable prices and is decent. Rooms are decent and functional, well furnished, and seem to have been done up. The hotel is in an area where properties are all on house plots. Toilets are small and the utilities need upgrading. Rooms are cleaned routinely, and I liked that empty rooms were aired out. Some details need attention: the linen and items in the rooms need a thorough overhaul and cleaning. The mattresses are extremely soft, which may bother some people. Smoking is allowed in all rooms, so with a quick changeover that could be an issue for some visitors.
