Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location, nearby transport, and attractions. Room service was quick and efficient, and the staff were courteous. The food arrived on time and was good. It made for a pleasant stay.

Cockroaches were all over the room, on the bed, walls, door, and floor. The deluxe room also had no TV, even though it was listed among the amenities when I booked. Breakfast was poor: the poha tasted stale, the poori sabzi was unpleasant, and the tea was far too sweet. For what I paid, the stay wasn’t worth it. Nearby hotels seem like a better choice until proper pest control is done here.

The room we checked into was in very bad shape and wasn’t the deluxe room they had shown us when we booked. The beds and towels were dirty, and there was no water in the washroom. When I asked for a shaving kit, room service said they didn’t have one. The staff were lazy, and we had to call several times for simple, normal things. There was no intercom, so we had to call from our own phones. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in my whole life. I’d never recommend this place.

The TV didn’t work, the faucets leaked, and the rooms were dusty and unclean. Staff were rude and unhelpful, then changed their tune when the owner came around.
