I arrived with an Agoda reservation, only to be told by reception that the hotel no longer accepts Agoda bookings. Staff said those reservations went through an individual named Prashant, who was no longer with the hotel. I tried repeatedly to reach Prashant, but my calls went unanswered and there was no callback. The manager confirmed he had been removed from operations, yet the Agoda listing was still active, and staff couldn't explain why it remained listed if they wouldn't honor bookings. I was left without accommodation and lost both time and money. The hotel seems to have no process for handling this serious booking problem. Be extremely cautious with any third-party booking site. Until the hotel fixes the issue and clarifies its booking partnerships, I strongly advise against choosing it.

We rented rooms for our guests from 1st Feb to 3rd Feb for a wedding, since the main function was at Solaris and 7 eleven is near Solaris. The rooms had leakage and a smell, and the toilet water supply was inconsistent. There was no room service. The manager and staff at 7 eleven were neither cooperative nor supportive toward the guests or coordinator. I wouldn't recommend 7 eleven for wedding stays or other occasions. It's a very poorly rated hotel.

I stayed for two nights, and we had to change rooms three times because the roofs leaked. Management told us there would be only one towel per room, even with double or triple occupancy. There's no kitchen facility and no proper room service. The hotel is in terrible shape, including the management and staff. Based on my experience, I can't recommend staying here at all.
