Farah Ma’am at the Front Office made my stay especially memorable. She was professional, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and her warm smile and attentive manner made check-in easy and pleasant. She handled my requests efficiently and took care of my needs promptly. Her communication, polite behavior, and dedication to guest satisfaction reflect a high standard of hospitality. She's a real asset to the hotel and deserves recognition. Thank you, Farah Ma’am, for the wonderful service. I look forward to coming back.

We had my cousin's wedding over two days. The meals were very good: breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the first day, then breakfast and lunch on the second. At the wedding in the evening, though, they served regular jar water instead of sealed bottles like Bisleri, and they hadn't served snacks earlier that day. If you book, make sure to confirm these details beforehand.

A very good experience at this hotel. Mrs Madhu Verma madam, the room service incharge, was especially polite and respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you.
