There was no water in the room, and the rooms weren't good either. You can't contact the hotel directly because the call goes to oyo. I booked through Agoda and had to move out after one day. They shouldn't accept bookings if they can't provide proper services.

The mosquitoes were a downside, so bringing repellent in winter is a good idea. The floors and bedsheets could also have been cleaner, though the old-fashioned bathrooms and toilets were clean and worked fine. I had a pleasant stay at Capital O Hotel Kartik. The staff were attentive, room service was excellent, and the food delivered to the room was both convenient and delicious. The amenities met my expectations. It was a nice experience, and I'd consider coming back for the food and room service.

Staff and room service were good, and the room was comfortable, with good cleanliness, bedsheets, and size. It's a good hotel in jabalpur, and I'd suggest staying here if you visit jabalpur for a great experience.
