Just off the 4 point intersection of Malviya Chowk, the hotel was in a convenient spot. The rooms were neat and clean, if a bit small, and the staff were cordial and helpful. Room service was very good. There's a big dining room that also had bar facilities earlier. A pleasant stay.
The location is good, but room service is really bad. Mosquitoes were buzzing all night, and the fans ran so slowly they seemed to help the mosquitoes get their job done.
Room service was very prompt, but pick your room carefully because every room seems to have some minor or major fault. This seems to be the only hotel around Malviya Chowk in Jabalpur, and there isn't an in-house restaurant. There also isn't a nearby place for breakfast. Most shops and restaurants open after 10 am, so arrange breakfast ahead of time. The receptionist seemed unsure about room prices and features, so it's better to contact the owner directly for details. They don't provide city tours.
They charged an extra 200₹ for the cooler, and it barely worked. I was awake all night, feeling every minute of it. The rooms might suit winter, but in summer I'd rather stay out on the road like a beggar. This was the worst experience ever, with charges on top of charges. I'd never stay here again under any circumstances. If you have an exam the next day, don't come here.
The staff behaved really well, the room quality was good, and this is the best service hotel in Jabalpur.
