The staff were courteous and well behaved, and the food was good. Restaurant service could have been quicker, though Ms Deepika managed it excellently. There was a smell of smoke from previous clients in the room, so care should be taken to improve that. Satellite channels on the TV didn't work for all 5 days of my stay, but the smart tv worked well. These are points for improvement, not criticism. Overall, I was satisfied.
Chef Abhishek got my customized order exactly right, and the meal really hit the spot. Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
At breakfast, Mr. Jacob's warm hospitality made the meal even more pleasant, and the complimentary spread was fresh, delicious, and full-fledged, with good variety. We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Hotel Pride by Samrat, Jabalpur. Parking was well organized, and room service stayed prompt and efficient. Special thanks to Atul, who was extremely helpful and quick whenever we contacted him about booking support or anything else. Great service. Highly recommended for a visit to Jabalpur.
