There are shops just 25-50 metres from the rooms, and the office staff guy was nice, with good customer support. The location is very good for adventure trips or off-roading, with plenty of hairpin bends, though it’s too far from munnar and adimaly. The rooms weren’t up to the mark, but they were okay.

The caretaker is a good man, but the room was small with a double bed. I booked via Agoda, where the listing offered a swimming pool, king size bed, free breakfast, and more. There’s no pool or free breakfast there, and Agoda didn’t provide any contact number.

The hotel’s location is very good, but it’s almost 25 kilometres from Munar city. The rooms aren’t well maintained and need more improvement. There’s no food available, and they need to improve their service.
