Elixir Hills

We had a wonderful family stay at Elixir Hills resort, Munnar. The balconies looked out over beautiful views, and watching both sunrise and sunset from there was a treat. The natural setting was great for photography, and we came away with many lovely pictures. Surrounded by greenery, the resort felt calm and refreshing. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and our rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Staff were courteous, helpful, and genuinely hospitable, with attentive service throughout. A pleasant, memorable stay for families who want to relax and enjoy nature in Munnar.

It’s a quiet, calm place for a relaxing stay, with a beautiful view around the swimming pool. It’s quite far from Munnar and actually inside the jungle, so plan for that. Cab drivers may refuse bookings or ask for extra money. A package is preferable to arranging separate rides. If you’re coming to sightsee, book a cab package before you arrive, or stay nearer to Munnar. Service doesn’t feel like 5 star, as you have to request room cleaning or housekeeping won’t clean it. The restaurant menu is very limited and the food is average. I missed the rich taste of 5 star restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and recreation areas, were excellent and kept in good shape. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and offered a good variety. KEVIN and the Receptionist treated us well too.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view, and the atmosphere made the stay feel peaceful. The drive up to Elixir Hills, Munnar is rough and could really use improvement, but once we arrived, the setting made up for it. Food was just average, though there were lots of choices, including local dishes and English breakfast. A restful visit with a great feel to it, despite the road.
