The room smelled odd and had seepage, small cockroaches everywhere, and paan stains that looked like they could come off with one wipe. The bathroom door wouldn't close. They'd also given our room to someone else, so we had to spend one night in a different room. The staff were at least good, but management has failed here. Better skip this hotel.
Please don't stay here. There’s no proper room service, and you might have to wait a whole day just to get the bedsheets changed. There’s no breakfast or intercom. The toilet door isn't proper and has no lock.
The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, and there was plenty of parking. Service was impeccable, with special thanks to Bhavanyu ji and Choubey ji for making our stay and the formalities so comfortable through all their hard work. The rooms had the basic amenities, but for what we paid, they weren't very good value.
The service was painfully slow, the rooms weren't good, and there were no towels or hot water. We'd booked a grand AC room on Make My Trip, but they said they'd upgrade us to a deluxe room, which turned out to be their smallest. They played a confusing game with the room names and gave us something different from what we'd booked. Breakfast was awful. We could have found something much better outside.
A very good hotel in the teen patti square area, and the rate was really cheap. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff were good and treated us well. I had a very good stay here.
