The staff were rude and unprofessional, the rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and dirty water came from the taps. There was no power backup, and the bedsheets and towels were very old. Staff wouldn't even agree to change them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

6/10
The breakfast was good, and the restaurant was very good. The location is handy, near the railway station, and the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off. The room itself wasn't great, with dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. On the third floor it was noisy, as chair movements from the restrictions on the 4th could be heard continuously. Overall, 3 out of 5.

We stopped in Jabalapur while travelling to Varanasi, and the hotel was excellent. The restaurant was amazing too.

The rooms are adequate, and the food is great. Their Thali is very good. Do try the Thali at the in-house restaurant.

The bathroom was messy, the room smelled bad, and there was no cleaning or freshening up. Staff behaved badly, and there was no signal for any adjustment.
