The bathroom fittings were broken, the beds were dirty and not properly cleaned, and staff weren't supportive. The room was very poor. I wouldn't recommend it, and it's not a couple friendly hotel.

The room was in very poor condition and didn't meet expectations. I booked online, but when I arrived they refused to honor the booking and demanded extra money. I strongly advise others not to stay here.

No facilities, a problem with the lights, and the fan didn't work. A very bad experience and a very poor place to stay.

The room maintenance wasn't up to expectations, though the location is good. I arrived at 2.00 am, but staff refused to give me the room under my OYO booking (Booking details ID: G5W48469). They said they weren't accepting online bookings and asked for extra money. With no other choice at that hour, I paid the extra amount to settle in.
