The helping staff were okay, but the manager and front desk made the stay a nightmare. They showed no sense of hospitality. The rooms also smelled bad, as if the washroom odour had spread throughout.

After our desert camp, Chandra Raj Mahal was a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city. Its location made it easy to get to Junagarh Fort, the local markets, and other sights. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the property had a calm, heritage-style atmosphere that also suited families. Staff were courteous and supportive. A good Bikaner city hotel with decent comfort and a handy location for sightseeing.

We were a group staying one night, and the experience was disgusting. The washrooms stank and the rooms were poorly lit. Staff were neither professional nor courteous. Most upsetting, we were made to leave the dining hall sofas because they were being kept for foreigners. This is a no-star property.

Our stay was enjoyable, and I’d strongly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, cosy, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s one of the best hotels in Bikaner (RJ.), with very professional management. Thanks!
