Oyo 10415 Hotel Prestige Princess

The rooms were clean and the amenities were readily available, so it’s a good place to stay. The bathrooms need better upkeep, though. Some rooms also have window AC units, which feel outdated for a hotel. They should keep the TV packages current too, so guests don’t have to call the front desk to complain.

The hall looked very good, and they did the minimal decoration we had discussed and agreed to. The food tasted okay. But the management and service were really poor. We had to handle everything ourselves and keep pushing them at every step. Room service was the worst we’ve ever experienced, and when the electricity kept failing, nobody even answered our call.

At capital o 10415 Hotel, the room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The decor and atmosphere were pleasant. The room had useful amenities that suited my needs, including a TV, coffee maker, and complimentary toiletries.

For Rs 2500-3000 a night, I expected much better. The property is old and badly maintained, and there were cleanliness and service problems. They didn’t even provide packed water bottles. There was no cleaning either. Please avoid it, there are very good hotels in this area.
