Shillong View Guest House By OYO Rooms

The location was good, and the small room was clean, but the price seemed high for its quality. I missed breakfast because the timing listed by Oyo didn’t match what the hotel staff said. It wasn’t a pleasant experience overall.

The room rent was very high, and the interior service wasn’t up to the mark. The bedsheets were dirty, with another guest’s hair on the beds. Hotel service was very poor too. We had to ask three or four times for drinking water, and there were no complimentary bottles in the room. They couldn’t provide tea for five people because they said they had no milk or tea leaves. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or colleagues.

For the price range, it was okay overall, but not very clean and maintenance wasn’t done regularly. The person at reception was so irresponsible that they were often absent, and they didn’t understand Hindi or English.

The hotel reception was really nice, and the room was clean. Good location too, all good.
