10/10
The hotel felt calm, peaceful, and welcoming, and safe and comfortable for families. Staff were polite, professional, cooperative, and ready to help, which kept the stay hassle-free. SAY Rooms and Homes was extremely clean and well maintained, with neat rooms and hygienic bathrooms. The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared, and dining there was comfortable. Great service, cleanliness, food, and atmosphere. I'd recommend it and would happily stay again.

We did have some discomfort, but The Whoo Shillong still has a calm, stylish feel and a convenient yet peaceful location for exploring Shillong. The cozy rooms are thoughtfully kept up and give it a boutique-stay feel. Staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making things smooth and stress-free. Great hospitality and vibe, recommended for solo and leisure travelers.

Deepak was quick to bring anything we asked for whenever we needed something. All the rooms were clean and neatly organized. It was a good stay in Shillong.

The room is too small for two, and the mattress is extremely hard to sleep on. You can find better hotels in other areas for less. I've never before seen a washbasin with no mirror in front of it. There seem to have been a lot of cost-cutting measures, and they need to improve.

Breakfast was really good, and special thanks to Deepak for being so helpful. A good option if you're after a clean place to stay in Shillong.
