I was there on a family holiday, and we enjoyed our stay in Shillong. Rony and Jeky Hajong were especially nice, and the staff were polite overall. The rooms were in really good condition. All together, an awesome stay.

We booked five rooms for two nights. The staff were responsive and humble, and the hospitality was good. Rooms were clean and kept up well, and service was decent, although they delivered the wrong food at first before fixing it. There isn't a proper dining setup for guests. Some things need attention: we didn't get water bottles on the second day until we reminded them, and no extra blankets were available. We asked for the room to be cleaned on day two, but it wasn't. The geyser also wasn't working, so there was no hot water in the bathrooms.

The food was good and the rooms were fine, but they charge extra for water bottles, including GST. You have to pay Rs 300/- per day for a heater. They promise hot water, though it's better to get it from the kettle. Avoid rooms near the highway.
