The mountain view from the window by the bathroom was nice, and there is a geyser. Those were the good points. The rooms are very cramped, with hardly any room to move, and it seems too small for a double bed. The wall fan didn't work; they supplied a pedestal fan, but it barely covered the room. Bedsheets and pillows were stained, and there were lizards near the bed. Parking is very limited, and guests aren't allowed to park hired cars. No towel, comb, or other complimentary kits, just a tiny soap. There was no complimentary breakfast, only two LED lights in the room, and reception staff hardly bothered to answer. Poor quality room. I wouldn't recommend it.

For around ₹1600, my stay was good. The rooms matched the pictures and were about 10'x10' for a double, which is basic Shillong standard. Staff were well behaved, though I guess it depends on their mood. Breakfast was above average, tea with roti-sabji, and they readily gave us two blankets.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the bathrooms were comfortable and clean with hot water. There was also a TV with a remote. The hotel has a great location and a wonderful window view at any time. Breakfast is complimentary and served when convenient for you. The food was very good and reasonably priced. All in all, a complete, good-quality homestay package at a very reasonable price. One of my more pleasant stays in Shillong.

The rooms were clean, nice, and well organized, and the staff were friendly and well mannered. Food came in good variety and quantity, was tasty, and affordable. There was a geyser and Aquaguard drinking water, plus they brought hot drinking water when we asked. They can arrange cabs for sightseeing and getting around. The area is good, with plenty of shops and restaurants outside. Inside, it felt peaceful and homely. We did have some electricity trouble because there was no backup.

The owner was very cooperative, and I'd recommend this homestay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they also serve good food. Basic amenities were there, including AC, a TV, and a geyser. It was a pleasant stay.
