OYO 12498 Hotel Sea Rock

This wasn’t worth the money. They ask for payment by the day instead of at checkout, and the food costs twice as much as at a restaurant while tasting bland. It took over an hour to arrive. You have to buy your own drinking water, and the bedsheets had hair from previous guests. Staff forgot the things I asked for, and the Wi-Fi never worked.

We spent two days there from 25-December-2018 and had a great time. It’s a good place for families and couples, with excellent food and service. You can hold birthday or New Year celebrations there, and there’s a rain dance on the top floor.

The food is good, and the hotel works well for a small get-together. The banquet hall holds about 100 people at a time, though it can be used for a marriage reception of 300 to 500 people. There’s an AC hall. Parking is only available along the roadside.

I held my daughter’s naming ceremony here, and the hotel completely spoiled it. Snacks, soft music, and soup weren’t served on time as promised. When I raised it during the party, management got aggressive and demanded the remaining payment immediately, threatening not to serve dinner, even though I’d paid 90% in advance. The owner didn’t know how to treat guests and backed staff who hadn’t delivered. The management showed no understanding of hospitality. Don’t risk your function here, even if the price looks attractive.
