We came for a wedding and had no room, so we tried sitting in the reception area. The staff wouldn't let us stay there and said guests for the function on the ground floor couldn't sit there. The reception staff were unpleasant.

The lawn is lovely, and the staff are easy to work with. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

The rooms were pretty basic, and management hadn't provided some of the basic amenities.

Parking was sufficient, and being right on the highway is convenient. The place is spacious and open, with a lively atmosphere, so it works well for company or college gatherings and reunions. Food is the main drawback: the portions served were small, so we had to keep going back to the catering area. Maybe they were trying to avoid waste, but it got inconvenient. There were also too few toilets for a crowd that size. The sweets and food quantity could be better, but otherwise it was good.

The resort was fine otherwise, but the centralized room temperature couldn't be adjusted. The jet spray also blasted hot water, which was awful. Staff didn't have much to say when I raised it, so I just had to make do.
