We arrived expecting our OYO booking to be confirmed, but the hotel said they had no arrangement with OYO. We were left stranded and had to stay there at a higher price because we had no other choice. OYO took the payment and said the booking was done, so both the lodging and the OYO service made for a terrible experience.

The manager had alcohol on the reception counter, and the room corners were covered in gutka spit. I didn’t feel safe there at all. He first asked me to cancel the OYO booking and promised more amenities if I booked directly, but once I did, his real attitude showed. A terrible hotel and manager.

Bad smell, no working amenities, and it didn't feel safe. This is a terrible lodge. Don't go here.
