Hotel Narmada Jacksons sits in the Civil Lines area, close to major parts of the city, and has long been a familiar choice for travelers, business guests, and family functions. It has banquet spaces, several dining options, and good parking, and it’s often used for weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were polite and professional, and the place felt peaceful and well managed. It has a premium feel from the entrance, with heritage character alongside modern comforts. If you’re after a central Jabalpur stay with that classic feel and good hospitality, it’s a solid choice for a stay or occasion.

It’s very close to the main railway station and in the city. One of Jabalpur’s oldest hotels, and it’s keeping up its standards. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but they’re okay.

The food was average, and some people had upset stomachs. We had reception food, though? The rooms were very nice, and the location is central, with the airport and railway station nearby.

The food was good, the rooms were clean and spacious, and service was prompt. Staff do expect a tip, though, and barely move until you pay one. Still, a really good property.
