Hotel Avinash International

We had a five-star time and would definitely come back. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were warm, polite, well trained, and quick to help whenever we needed something. We ate at Sky Dhaba every night; there was a bit of a wait, but the food was always good. Vegan story served a nice complimentary breakfast with paratha, toast, puri bhaji, idli, uttapam, sambhar, sweets, fruit, sprouts, and fresh juice. I just hope the gym opens soon.

The property itself was very good, but the hotel service was extremely poor and seriously affected my stay. I wouldn't recommend it to others. It's disappointing that management doesn't seem to have taken corrective action, since the neglect is hurting Hotel Avinash's reputation. I hope they act quickly to improve service and restore it.

The things I'd look at in a hotel are whether the rooms are comfortable, roomy, and nicely decorated, and whether the rooms and shared spaces are clean. Staff should be friendly, helpful, and efficient, with good amenities such as Wi-Fi or breakfast. Location matters too, depending on access to attractions, transport, or business areas. The atmosphere can be peaceful or lively, modern or family-friendly.

The manager quickly sorted out my booking problems and was very supportive. Staff treated guests respectfully, and the restaurants were great for service, atmosphere, and food. Room quality, service, and price all exceeded what I expected, and the rooms felt every bit as good as a five-star hotel. The location in jagdalpur is excellent for getting around. It was a pleasant stay and absolutely worth it. I'd recommend it to anyone in town, even for a staycation.
