Getting around from this hotel is easy, and it was one of the best places I've stayed. The staff were good, especially Pawan, who went out of his way to help. Many thanks. Cleanliness was good too, though the price is on the high side for a 3* hotel.

Astoria Hotel had clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere, and the location was very convenient. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Naziya, Govardhanaji, Indaraji, Virendarji, Pawan, Bajrang, Shankar and Navin were all cooperative and gave outstanding service. A great stay, highly recommend, and I'll definitely visit again!

I was there for corporate work for more than 4 months, and the staff were the friendliest and most cooperative. The food was delicious, and both the rooms and service were absolutely flawless. Astoria is just outside churchgate station and near all the tourist spots. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Highly, highly recommend!

The washrooms could be a bit bigger, and the slope in the shower cabin needs another look. Breakfast was well spread, and the staff were helpful, especially in the kitchen. It's a nice, well-kept and well-managed property, with three room categories to choose from. It caters to corporate clients, with very few FIT. Overall, a very good experience.
