Viceroy In The Himalayas, An ALIVAA HOTEL

We visited in the first week of may and had a great time. The view is lovely and the hotel isn't in a crowded area. Parking, a swimming pool, and other facilities are available, and there's a play area for kids and adults. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff were gentle and friendly. At my request, they arranged live music for my family at no extra charge, and everyone enjoyed it. They even managed bone wire because it was cool from the rain. A must visit.

The owner was so humble and polite, and every person on the staff was amazing. They made the whole trip feel comfortable and warm. I've never had this kind of warm treatment, even at some so called 5 stars. Thankyou team viceroy.

The staff were so polite and went out of their way to help, especially Mr Sandeep, who was very gracious. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The food was good, though expensive, and the one thing that could be improved is the room cleanliness. The resort itself was good.

The staff were a real bright spot, always polite, attentive, and ready to help. Still, the standard room I booked had upkeep problems that took away from the stay. The bathrooms need proper maintenance, and the rooms need repairs and general care. Even small issues added up and affected comfort. At approx ₹9,000 per night, I expected more. The property has potential, but management needs to maintain and upgrade it to make the price feel justified. With better upkeep, it could be a much better place to stay.
