The facilities shown online were completely misleading. Nothing matched what I found, and I’d strongly advise avoiding FAB hotels if hygiene, comfort, and value for money matter to you. I trusted FAB to provide basic cleanliness and service, but this was the most unpleasant stay of my life. It was worse than the worst, and I’ll never book with FAB again. From check-in onward, the hotel was unhygienic. The room was dirty, the bedsheets stained, and the bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Service was terrible too. Staff were rude, unresponsive, and didn’t care about guest comfort.

Even after I complained, nothing was fixed. Basic amenities were broken or missing, and both hygiene and property maintenance were extremely poor. The rooms were dirty, service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. This was the worst stay of my life, a very unpleasant experience and a complete waste of money. I’d never recommend this place.

The room itself was good, but we had to ask for water. They didn’t give us the Wi-Fi password or toiletries, the bathroom door lock was broken, and the landline didn’t work properly.

At fabhotel bikaner heritage, they wouldn’t provide food service to guests in their rooms. When I asked for poori bhaji for breakfast, they told me to go outside and get it myself. They wouldn’t even accommodate a simple request for cold water. I was extremely disappointed. A hotel should provide basic hospitality. If you want a comfortable, convenient stay, look elsewhere.
