The food was third-rate, and the restaurant service was nonexistent. There was no tissue paper or water, and the staff seemed not to care at all. It felt like a restaurant run without the owner, just left to the staff. I won't come back or set foot in a place like this again. Zero rating from me.

At Utsav Hotel, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the team paid attention to small details. The staff were courteous, polite, and ready to help, which made the stay memorable. The hotel had a welcoming, clean feel. My room was nicely designed, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would recommend Utsav Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant one. Thanks to the hotel and the whole team.

I booked Hotel Utsav through OYO, but the hotel didn't have rooms ready for me when I arrived, even though they were still taking bookings on the platform. The room I got was filthy. The bathroom had no light, and red ants were all over the unhygienic area beside the bed. Cleanliness was completely lacking. The staff were unprofessional and didn't care what I told them. This was the worst stay of my life. In my opinion, OYO should remove the hotel from its platform to protect its reputation. I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here.
