Capital O 26201 Hotel Jagrati Lords Inn

The grand, elegant feel of Jagriti Win by Vesta hotel made a lovely impression during my official trip to Jaipur. Housekeeping and the rest of the team were courteous and helpful, and I enjoyed speaking with Kimat Saini at the front desk. Service timing could be managed better, but I had a pleasant stay and would come back.

We had a wonderful time celebrating at Jagrati Vinn By Vesta. The warm welcome, lovely arrangements and family picture frame memento meant a lot to us. Mr. Surendra singh (F&B Manager) and Mr. Kimat saini (FO) were mentioned with thanks. The facilities are beautiful and the staff attentive, but the actual service was a mess. The concierge and reception both caused problems. I hope this was a one-off, though they didn’t seem to act …More. The response thanked us for the rating and feedback, apologized for the inconvenience, and said it had been passed to the Director of Rooms for review and corrective action. It also said colleagues had been counselled, and asked us to consider it an isolated incident and give the hotel another chance. Thank you🥰

Breakfast was such a tasty way to start the day 😋. I found the room spotless and cozy, with what I needed, and was met with friendly smiles and quick service when I arrived. A comfortable stay with good value, and I’d recommend it. 🌟👍

The food was very good, and the location was best, with proper staff grumping. Our celebration became memorable thanks to the suite upgrade and the thoughtful decorations. Mr.kimat kumar saini (Fo) and Mr. Delip sharma (General Manager ( went above and beyond, and the overall management and staff kept our stay comfortable and impeccable. We appreciated the luxury and ambiance, along with the warmth and outstanding service from everyone at jagrati vinn by vesta Hotel.
