The one positive thing I can say is that the staff were polite. I feel sorry for them having to work in these conditions. Communication was difficult because no one speaks English. Almost every lamp in the room was broken, too. I booked the suite, the largest room, but the size made no difference. It was still a dirty, unhygienic hole. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. The Agoda listing had a perfect 10.0 rating from just one review, and showed a supposed discount from €57 to €18. Looking back, that seems laughable. It isn't worth €2, and honestly guests should be paid to stay there. The hygiene was abysmal. The bathtub was filthy, with heavy grime and buildup, and the shower only had cold water. After using the provided towel, my skin had white, slimy residue on it, so I showered again and used my own towel. I don't want to know what was in those towels. The pillow under its case was almost black. Beneath the bed I found old rubbish from previous guests, including used tissues, that looked like it had been there a long time. I didn't dare take all the sheets off to look at the mattress, though I had to sleep there for one night. There was a serious privacy problem in the bathroom. A fan and a large open hole gave a direct view onto a staircase, so while showering I constantly felt exposed and watched. The walls were grimy and marked with strange residue. Above the door frames were brown, sticky-looking substances of unknown origin. I also saw termite mud tubes on the walls, which clearly point to a serious pest infestation and major neglect of the building. The toilet didn't work all day. I reported it at 2:00 PM and reminded staff several times, but it wasn't fixed until around 10:00 PM. The room smelled strongly of feces in the meantime, and the stay was unbearable. Breakfast was included, but I didn't eat it. After seeing the room's hygiene, I didn't want to imagine the state of the kitchen. This property is severely unhygienic, badly maintained, and falsely advertised. The high online rating is a joke and very misleading. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemies. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere felt really comfortable. Rooms were clean, service was great, and the staff were polite, especially mahima ji. Amazing stay, highly recommended for family and friends.

The manager's behavior was unacceptable. He had a very bad temper and an angry attitude toward both the service and customers. He yelled at me twice over situations an educated manager should have handled differently. I strongly advise removing him from his position. They didn't even know about my reservation, then left me waiting at reception for 40 minutes without explaining why. The included breakfast was really bad, almost unacceptable. Sometimes all I got was bread. The room itself was okay, but customer service and customer satisfaction need a lot of work. They really don't care about your needs. For the price and the experience I had, I wouldn't recommend staying there, even for one night. You can find much, much better in Jaipur. It was a very poor experience.

The staff were the best part, really helpful and made me feel at home. The rooms were decent and the hotel was good, though the TV in my room didn't work. The surrounding area felt a bit spooky, which was my main concern. Apart from that, it was a good stay.
