Capital O Hotel Krishna

The manager was extremely rude, and the staff have no manners. Service at this hotel is very poor. Illegal activities also happen here.

The location is the only good thing. For the same price, there are much better hotels, so I'd avoid this one. Staff behavior was rude and unpleasant. They showed us one room before booking, then gave us a much smaller one, with poor facilities and service. Try it if you want to see how bad the staff can be 😂.

We booked four rooms for family members attending a wedding, but the rooms they got were very different from the one we had been shown. Two had no water, the walls and sheets were dirty, and the rooms smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff didn't respond to requests to change rooms. Our guests had to find another hotel in the middle of the night, and management wouldn't return our calls.

We stayed here because it was near the school where my brother had an exam. The rooms were great, with enough space for two despite the compact layout. Customer service was very nice, and anything we ordered arrived within five minutes. Hygiene, food quality, and room service were all great. A wonderful experience.
